| So here's the deal: after contemplating the numerous stupid things I've done while drunk, I've decided to quit drinking. There are only a few things I've done that I think are unforgivable (although I guess more than zero is too much), but there are so many things that other people don't seem to have a problem with (for the most part) that really embarrass me. Ultimately it's not really worth it. I mean, if i continue drinking, all I'm gonna get is a lifetime of embarrassing stories, a bad liver and no friends. And even the funny aspects of the embarrassing stories won't matter much, because I'll have no friends to tell them to. I guess this is gonna change my schedule around a little bit because there are a lot of times when I feel like I have to drink (and there's no way to stop me when I'm in that state of mind) so I guess I'll just have to avoid those situations. Oh yeah, I'm prolly not gonna stop drinking alone, because I really don't do stupid things when I'm by myself (also, I'm too much of an alcoholic to just completely stop drinking). Eventually I'm hoping to stop drinking completely, and then maybe I'll see if I can drink responsibly around other people (although I doubt it). Anyways... Yeah. | | |
